About Allison
Allison is a Law Clerk at Storms Dworak, where she assists attorneys with employment litigation and personal injury matters. She conducts in-depth legal research and drafts pleadings, motions, and memoranda to support strong advocacy for the firm’s clients.
Currently in her final year at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, Allison is a Dean’s Scholarship recipient, honing her litigation and advocacy skills through moot court and hands-on legal experience. She competed on St. Thomas’ Civil Rights Moot Court team, earning Second Best Oral Advocate, and later participated in the ABA National Moot Court Competition. She also spent a year in the Community Justice Project Clinic, where she worked on policy-driven legal solutions addressing disparities in the juvenile, housing, education, and criminal justice systems.
Before joining Storms Dworak, Allison spent two summers as a Certified Law Student Practitioner at a nonprofit organization, representing clients in cases involving disability rights, discrimination, employment disputes, education law, abuse, and neglect. She also gained valuable experience in family law and disability law, helping clients navigate complex legal challenges.
Allison earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2020, double majoring in Political Science and Legal Studies, with a certificate in Criminal Justice. She is passionate about developing her litigation skills and providing strategic legal support in high-stakes cases.
